Anyone in Business Bay had this done at their tower? Worried about access

Been putting off the battery swap for weeks now because my building's parking has that ramp barrier and visitors need to be signed in at reception, so I keep imagining some poor technician getting stuck outside while I'm on the 14th floor. The battery in my Tucson is definitely on its last legs though, slow crank every morning and the clock keeps resetting. I'm looking for Reliable car battery installation at your doorstep in Business Bay and would love to hear from anyone whose building actually let the guy in without a whole drama. Did you have to clear it with the building management first or do these services deal with security themselves? Also, if you're parked in the visitors area rather than your own spot, was that a problem for them? Just trying to avoid an awkward situation where I've paid and the guy can't get to the car.
